Quality Manager

Reporting to the CEO, this role centers on ensuring the proper management of all Quality related aspects (Quality System, Quality Product Assurance, non conformity management, claims, customer / external bodies’ audit) within the full respect of applied company certification standards.

The main accountabilities encompass:

  • Quality System management, including the proper definition of the Quality function’s goals and drivers and advisory to Company management team;
  • Ensuring the delivery of all Quality Assurance initiatives aimed at the proper maintaining and updating of company procedures;
  • Bid / tenders’ quality documentation writing and review;
  • Product auditing process management;
  • Customers / Suppliers Audits management;
  • External Auditing Bodies’ relations management;
  • Quality Control (outsourced production) activities supervising and coordination, including route causes analysis and corrective actions’ definition to solve non-conformities.

Requirements:

  • Solid Quality Management experience achieved within modern shaped manufacturing organization
  • Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001
  • University degree
  • Good English proficiency

Sales Manager Italy

Reporting to the Marketing & Sales Director, this role centers on the effective management of Sales in Italy to secure customer base management and development and sales network shaping and development.

The main accountabilities encompass:

  • In conjunction with the Marketing & Sales Director, definition and implementation of the sales strategy aimed to generate new business opportunities;
  • Build-up / shaping and development of the sales network (agents; distributors; etc) within assigned territory;
  • Sales network training, so to secure the most effective market penetration;
  • Key Accounts relations management and related offering enhancement;
  • Sales trend and results and competitors’ consistent analysis;
  • Regularly reports / advice company’s management team and CEO about Sales forecasts and results;
  • Customers’ credit / payment terms and conditions monitoring and related issue solving (if any);
  • Properly collaborates with the other company departments (mainly Operations; R&D) to secure the most effective service level required, in line with market / customers’ expectations and company goals.

Requirements:

  • Solid Sales Management experience achieved within modern shaped Lighting business organization;
  • Solid B2B Sales expertise;
  • Sales Network management experience;
  • Available to travel intensively;
  • University degree.
